Soren Sibbesen is a North Carolina–based industrial designer, born in Denmark. Growing up surrounded by design and traditional craftsmanship sparked an early curiosity for how things are made and a lifelong drive to create. His appreciation for functional design was shaped by a blacksmithing grandfather, and a do-it-yourself father. After moving to the U.S., Soren went on to study industrial design at Philadelphia University.

His passion for building meaningful products took shape through years of designing safety solutions, medical devices, consumer products, and rugged tech accessories—projects that demanded a careful blend of precision, empathy, and grit. He brings a thoughtful, process-driven approach to every challenge, grounded in real-world execution.

A systems thinker at heart, Soren bridges engineering with creative design thinking to craft user-centered, purposeful products. He focuses as much on how things work as how they feel—applying both technical and intuitive frameworks to solve complex problems with clarity and intent.

Over the years, he has worked across startups, consultancies, and corporate teams, building deep experience in industrial design, mechanical engineering, product development, sourcing, prototyping, and brand strategy. He has led product efforts that have generated over 20 million dollars in revenue.

Soren’s resourceful mindset and multidisciplinary background continue to shape how he sees the world—always searching for the next idea to prototype, improve, or build better.
